More About Me

Please meet Melanie Boyd

Business Philosophy

My business philosophy is simple. Exceeding my clients expectations in everything I do and holding myself accountable at every step is paramount.Education and Training

I earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Fisk University, Nashville, Tennessee and have maintained an active license governed by the Georgia Real Estate Commission which requires extensive continuing education course work with each renewal period. The content from these classes coupled with course work provided through Coldwell Banker Realty's Education Division along with my numerous years as a Realtor has equipped me with a wealth of knowledge which I proudly provide to my clients.

Awards And Designations

I have been lauded with numerous awards for production over the years; locally, nationally and intracompany. I embrace and appreciate each and every referral which helps me reach my goals as well as provide consummate service to my clients. For 19 consecutive years I have attained membership in the Atlanta Realtors Association Million Dollar Club and have earned the designations of Certified Relocation Specialist, Certified Relocation Professional, Realtor and member, Atlanta Realtors Association.Areas of Expertise

With a broad knowledge of assisting clients with the acquisition of residential (single family, townhome, condominium, multi-family) properties, investment properties, land and light commercial, I pride myself in providing excellent guidance, food for thought and focus with their purchases.

Community Involvement

I am currently serving as a Coldwell Banker Realty Ambassador with Backpack Buddies of Metro Atlanta, a local non-profit whose mission is to provide weekend meals to food insecure children in metro Atlanta to enhance their mental and physical health as well as their ability to learn. Knowing the number of children who have no meals until they return to school each Monday for free lunch makes every minute worth it.

Volunteering as a member of the Advisory Board with Silence The Shame, Inc. a local non-profit whose mission is to normalize the conversation, peel back the layers of shame associated with mental illness and provide access to those who often suffer in silence due to the stigma of being diagnosed provides the opportunity to make a difference.

I also serve on the Social Committee of the community I have called home for many years.
